In this paper we introduce the concept of generalized weakly contractiveness for a pair of multivalued mappings in a metric space. We then prove the existence of a common fixed point for such mappings in a complete metric space. Our result generalizes the corresponding results for single valued mappings proved by Zhang and Song [14], as well as those proved by D. Doric [4].

In this paper, a concept of generalized weakly contraction map-pings in partially ordered fuzzy metric spaces is introduced and coincidence point theorems on partially ordered fuzzy metric spaces are proved. Also, as the corollary of these theorems, some common fixed point theorems on partially ordered fuzzy metric spaces are presented.

The purpose of this paper is to  nd of the theoretical results of  xed point theorems for a mixed monotone mapping in a metric space endowed with partially order by using the generalized Kanann type contractivity of assumption. Also, as an application, we prove the existence and uniqueness of solution for a  rst{order ordinary di erential equation with periodic boundary conditions admitting only the existence of a mixed -solution.

In this study, we establish some best proximity point results for generalized cyclic contraction mappings in partially ordered metric spaces. We also prove some best proximity point theorems by introducing the $T$-restriction property and generalized pointwise cyclic contraction mapping. Some illustrations are provided to support our results.

In this present paper, inspired by the concept of weakly contractive mapping in metric spaces, we introduce the concept of weakly contractive mapping in generalized asymmetric metric spaces and we establish various fixed point theorems for such mappings in complete generalized metric spaces.

The aim of this paper is to establish certain new classes of proximal contraction mappings and establish some bestproximity point theorems for such kinds of mapping, thereby we extend some fixed point theorems for generalizedweakly contractive mappings in metric spaces to the case of non-self mapping.
